I’m Molly, the founder of Run With Molls and a lifelong runner who has dedicated my career to helping women train smarter, feel stronger, and show up with confidence in their running.
I coach athletes from brand new runners to seasoned competitors working toward PRs, half marathons, and marathons. My background in running, personal training, nutrition and women's fitness allows me to bridge the gap between evidence based training and the realities of busy, real life schedules.
